Job summary

Raytheon UK is seeking an SAP Developer to support ERP ABAP development within our Digital Technology team. You will work on SAP R/3 environments, enhancing interfaces and data integration to meet UK business needs.

The role combines remote/hybrid work with occasional travel to UK sites, including Harlow and Glenrothes. You will analyse requirements, develop and test solutions, provide production support, and coordinate with vendors while ensuring security and change control.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
SAP R3 and ABAP programming experience.
Broad IT knowledge with a focus on specific technology areas.
Experience delivering and supporting business-critical application packages in a large organisation.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business teams to deliver systems meeting requirements.
Work with staff to ensure changes are delivered in a timely and effective manner.
Provide bug fixes, service requests and approved changes to current systems.
Maintain ongoing availability of Raytheon systems and improve productivity.
Provide out-of-hours support as required.
Ensure data integrity, availability and security of information.
Analyse business needs and design data and system solutions.
Develop and maintain documentation for users and technologists.
Coordinate with vendors to resolve issues.
Occasional visits to Raytheon sites may be required.
