Outsource is seeking a Salesforce Engineer/Administrator to support ongoing development and optimisation of our Salesforce Service Cloud environment. This six-month contract offers a day rate of £400-£500 outside IR35, mostly remote with occasional onsite attendance in the South West, and a start ASAP to late October.

The role involves administration, development, and integration work in a fast-paced setting, collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to deliver platform improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Hands-on Apex development experience.
• Expertise in Salesforce Flows.
• Experience with integrations, APIs, and event-driven data updates.
• Understanding of lead and opportunity management within Salesforce.

Responsabilités

• Develop and enhance solutions within Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Build and maintain Salesforce Flows and automation processes.
• Develop custom functionality using Apex.
• Manage data updates and integrations with external systems.
• Support lead, opportunity, and case management processes.
• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver platform improvements.
