Job summary

The Peer Partnership is a small charity delivering peer support, consultancy and training services. We are seeking a proactive Sales and Partnerships Coordinator to generate new opportunities, nurture relationships with potential clients and increase demand for our services across the UK.

You will focus on identifying new sales opportunities, engaging senior stakeholders and converting leads into income streams while maintaining high standards of customer experience and impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, income generation, business development or a related area.
• Track record of developing leads and securing new business.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Commercial mindset with a commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities across the UK.
• Build strong relationships with potential clients, commissioners, stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Generate and convert leads for training, consultancy and service delivery.
• Develop approaches to increase awareness and demand for The Peer Partnership's services.
• Promote the value and impact of peer support.
• Monitor sales and income generation activity and use results to continually improve approaches.
• Support the ongoing growth and financial sustainability of the service.
