Job summary

The Peer Partnership is seeking a proactive Sales and Partnerships Coordinator to generate new opportunities, build relationships and grow demand for consultancy and training services across the UK.

You will identify sales opportunities, develop relationships with clients and decision-makers, and convert leads for training, consultancy and service delivery, supporting the growth and financial sustainability of the service.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, income generation, business development or a related area.
• A track record of developing leads and securing new business.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and developing new sales opportunities across the UK.
• Building strong relationships with potential clients, commissioners, stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Generating and converting leads for training, consultancy and service delivery.
• Developing approaches to increase awareness and demand for The Peer Partnership's services.
• Promoting the value and impact of peer support.
• Monitoring sales and income generation activity and using results to continually improve approaches.
• Supporting the ongoing growth and financial sustainability of the service.
