Job summary

Wallace Hind Selection LTD is seeking a Sales Manager to drive new business and manage key accounts for capital equipment in the food and beverage sector. The role is home-based covering the North East of England, with a focus on building relationships and closing complex deals.

You will develop long-term strategies, target new applications, and work with engineering and procurement teams to deliver technically robust solutions, with uncapped earning potential and a guaranteed first-year bonus.

Qualifications

• Proven in-field B2B sales with equipment or components into food manufacturing.
• Experience with long sales cycles and complex, technical discussions.
• Self-motivated, organized and proactive in building a territory.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a field sales territory in the North East.
• Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
• Identify and engage new applications and sales opportunities.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, operations and senior leaders to deliver solutions.
• Aim for orders in £15k–£30k value, 3–4 orders per month.
