Job summary

Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Solutions, part of Spirax Group, is seeking a Sales Engineer for the South West region. You will drive growth through consultative technical sales, manage a robust pipeline, and deliver on-site or virtual demonstrations to industrial customers.

This role requires 60–70% travel, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to partner with customers to tailor Total Customer Solutions.

Qualifications

• BSc or Diploma in an aligned subject or equivalent technical experience.
• Technical sales experience selling process capital equipment or services to process industrial customers (Waste Water, Chemical, General Industrial).
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record in key account management and business development in a technical B2B environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a sustainable pipeline by growing key customers and high-growth industries.
• Promote Watson-Marlow products through consultative selling and on-site or virtual demonstrations.
• Engage customers as a trusted advisor, understand needs, and tailor solutions with implementation plans.
