The Weir Group PLC is seeking a Release Train Engineer to lead SAFe practices across multiple Agile teams from a UK remote base with a preference for Glasgow hybrid work. You will facilitate PI Planning, manage dependencies and coach Scrum Masters and teams in Lean and DevOps principles.

The role requires proven SAFe leadership, strong communication skills, and the ability to align product strategy with technical delivery.

Qualificações

• Proven experience leading large-scale Agile programmes with multiple teams.
• Expertise in SAFe, Agile and Lean with strong facilitation of PI Planning.
• Excellent cross-team dependency, risk management and stakeholder relationships.
• Strong communication and servant-leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and facilitate PI Planning and ART ceremonies to enable collaboration.
• Drive execution of PI objectives across the ART and coordinate planning.
• Identify and remove impediments, risks and dependencies.
• Coach leaders, teams and Scrum Masters in SAFe and Lean practices.
• Align with Product Management and stakeholders on vision and roadmaps.
• Support travel as needed for hybrid setup.
• Uphold safety and zero-harm culture.
