Job summary

Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a Risk & Monitoring Analyst III within Global Financial Crimes Operations to own QA reviews of complaints case investigations across legal and litigation matters, strengthening consistency and surfacing gaps. You'll partner across CX, Compliance, Analytics, and L&D to turn insights into improvements, build QA dashboards, and present findings to leadership. Generative AI should be used with human oversight to drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Complaints support, QA, or compliance testing in financial services.
• Experience conducting root cause analyses and delivering process improvements.
• Experience building QA dashboards and presenting to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Complete weekly QA audit allocations with documentation of errors and root causes.
• Conduct root cause analyses and identify recurring gaps to improve procedures.
• Partner with CX, Compliance, Analytics, and L&D to close process gaps and launch workflow improvements.
• Build and present QA insights, recommendations, and metrics to leadership.
• Use metrics and reporting tools to drive data-driven improvements in quality and throughput.
