Village Hotels is seeking a Remote Revenue Management Analyst to be the commercial brain behind a cluster of 34 properties. You will own daily, tactical and strategic pricing, maximise accommodation and Meetings & Events revenue, and operate from home with full autonomy.

Bring proven hotel revenue management experience and fluency in RevPAR, occupancy curves, and distribution channels to drive profit and market dominance. This role offers 100% remote work with strong financial incentives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hotel revenue management in hospitality.
• Strong understanding of RevPAR, occupancy curves and distribution channels.
• Ability to work remotely with autonomous cluster ownership.

Responsibilities

• Set up and drive pricing strategies for 34 Village properties across short, medium and long term.
• Analyse data to identify trends, risks, and take pricing actions when needed.
• Forecast weekly and monthly room demand and monitor market competitiveness.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management and Distribution teams to optimize rates.
