Qualifications

• Experience delivering retail fit-out, refurbishment or development projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with operations, commercial and construction teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across a national portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects from design through practical completion with minimal trading disruption.
• Coordinate with Retail, Operations, Infrastructure and Development teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Deliver refurbishments, extensions, redevelopments and food-to-go partnerships while maintaining value and quality.
