Defra is seeking a Resource Business Partner for a 6-month contract, remote with occasional travel to Bristol, York, London or Newcastle. You will manage agreed cases from mobilisation through placement, extension or exit and coordinate CE input to funding, security and workplace readiness with Defra teams, suppliers and home employers.

Essential: civil service background in recruitment; knowledge of GRS; proficiency in PowerBI.

Formación

• Civil service recruitment experience essential.
• Knowledge of the Government Recruitment Service (GRS) required.
• Experience using PowerBI for data insights.
• Security clearance may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage cases from initiation through mobilisation, placement, extension or exit.
• Coordinate input to agreements, funding, security, technology and workplace readiness with Defra teams, suppliers.
• Mobilisation and placement readiness activities across secondee, CE manager and People teams.
• Ensure changes, extensions and exits follow agreed processes.
• Evaluate delivery, benefits and knowledge transfer.
