Qualifications

• Residential Property Solicitor/Conveyancer with conveyancing experience.
• Strong background in residential property matters.
• Proven ability to manage a full caseload independently.
• Solid technical knowledge across conveyancing transactions.
• Excellent communication and client care skills.
• Well organised with strong attention to detail.
• Team player with a proactive attitude.
• Motivated to progress within a growing firm.

Responsibilities

• Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion.
• Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Dealing with remortgages, transfers of equity and new build transactions.
• Delivering high standards of client care throughout the transaction process.
• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and third parties.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and firm processes.
• Supporting junior team members where required.
• Contributing to team performance and continued growth.
