Job summary

Simply Conveyancing is seeking conveyancers, legal executives and solicitors with leasehold experience to join our team of property experts. We’re a remote-friendly firm focused on quality, service and continuous improvement.

In this role, you’ll manage a circa 60-65 caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions, drafting and reviewing contracts and deeds, and coordinating with clients, agents, lenders and authorities to ensure smooth progress.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor, CLC or licensed conveyancer with residential conveyancing experience.
• Solid experience in property/conveyancing law.
• Proven leasehold conveyancing experience.
• Good knowledge of Land Registry processes and title documentation.
• Strong client care and ability to explain complex legal information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Manage circa 60-65 mixed caseloads of freehold and leasehold matters.
• Draft and review contracts, deeds and other documents with clear client guidance.
• Coordinate with clients, agents, lenders and authorities to progress files.
• Maintain compliance with legislation, regulations and best practice.
• Develop lasting relationships with clients and agents, driving repeat business.
