Qualifications
1+ years post qualification experience or pre-qualification experience in residential conveyancing.
Experience of freehold and leasehold property transactions.
Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of mixed residential property cases.
Resolve complex legal issues related to property sales or purchases.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and internal policies.
Skills
Strong communication skills
Affinity for digital technology
Experience in sale, purchase, remortgage and transfers of equity work
Evidence of recent CPD including AML training
Education
Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive qualifications
