Job summary

CRA Consulting are recruiting an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their property team. The role allows fully remote working, with hybrid options or office-based work in the Southwest of England.

You will manage your own conveyancing caseload, deliver high standards of client care and help grow the department. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' residential conveyancing experience, a strong billing history, and may hold FILEX or a Licensed Conveyancer qualification, though

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' solid residential conveyancing experience
• Experience managing a caseload with a strong history of billing
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities
• Good IT skills and the ability to work efficiently using technology
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines under pressure
• Excellent attention to detail
• A confident, friendly and approachable manner
• The ability to adapt to change and work effectively in a pressurised environment
• A strong team-player mentality
• Experience in training or supporting junior staff is advantageous
