Renewable Risk Engineer role offering remote work within the UK, focusing on risk assessment for a global portfolio across nuclear and conventional power. You will develop underwriting reports and recommend process safety improvements while collaborating with underwriters and clients worldwide.

The position requires extensive experience in the Power/Renewable Wind Solar BESS sector, strong engineering expertise, and the ability to coordinate site visits with international clients.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering subject (or similar).
• Advanced engineering skill set including process engineering and process safety management.
• Effective communication to liaise with senior management and deliver presentations.

Responsabilidades

• Survey a global portfolio of renewable assets and support insurance placement through underwriting reports.
• Recommend continuous process safety improvements and implement best practices to enhance performance.
• Calculate estimated maximum loss values for major incidents using specialist software.
• Collaborate with client executives, brokers and claims personnel to support insurance placement, tenders and proposals.
• Develop thought‑leadership publications to aid clients in understanding process safety management.
