Job summary

Wycliffe Bible Translators in the United Kingdom is seeking a highly organised Relationships Manager who loves connecting with supporters over the phone and creating meaningful touchpoints to inspire ongoing generosity.

You will initially manage a caseload of 400–500 mid-level donors, growing to 700, and work with the Director for Supporters and Head of Individual Giving to develop the mid-level donor pipeline, with coaching from Veritus UK.

Qualifications

• Highly organised relationship manager with strong communication skills.
• Experience in donor relations or fundraising is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve mid-level donor income targets.
• Support development of robust donor pipelines.
• Provide general support for the Relationships team and donor communications.
