Job summary

Open Doors in Witney, Oxfordshire is seeking a committed Christian to join our Supporter Relations Team in an office-based role. You will respond to enquiries by telephone and email and build strong relationships with supporters, volunteers and churches across the UK and Ireland.

As a key point of contact, you will make outbound calls to encourage involvement, explain our work, campaigns and resources, and reflect our heart and values in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Active, practising Christian required by occupational requirement under Equality Act 2010.

Responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries by telephone and email.
• Make outbound calls to supporters and churches to encourage involvement.
• Help people discover more about Open Doors' work, campaigns and resources.
• Develop relationships with supporters, volunteers and churches across the UK and Ireland.
