Job summary

The Leprosy Mission Great Britain (TLMGB) is seeking a warm, relationship-focused Partnerships Advisor to grow a mid-level donor programme and strengthen supporter engagement.

You will build meaningful, faith-filled relationships with donors giving £700–£2,000 annually, crafting compelling appeals and impact updates that connect supporters with the people and communities helped by TLMGB.

Qualifications

• At least two years' fundraising or customer-facing experience.
• Ability to build meaningful donor relationships and tell impactful stories.
• Comfort crafting appeals, reports and donor communications.

Responsibilities

• Shape and grow a mid-level donor programme to meet fundraising goals.
• Build meaningful, faith-filled relationships with supporters.
