Ashbury is seeking Regulatory Advisors (Non-Food) for 12 months Fixed Term Contracts or Contractors. You will advise clients, suppliers and Ashbury advisors to ensure due diligence and compliant with the law, using your regulatory knowledge to ask questions and provide risk-based guidance.

You will join the Advisory Services team, work with industry and regulatory professionals, and report to a Team Lead. The role involves reviewing product information, providing regulatory advice, horizon

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification in product safety, consumer protection, or consumer law.
• Deep regulatory knowledge of product safety and associated codes and guidance.
• Excellent understanding of legal requirements and consumer trends in product information.
• Ability to apply knowledge to client situations and tailor advice.

Responsabilités

• Carrying out product information services for compliance reviews.
• Providing risk-based regulatory advice to clients.
• Researching regulatory changes and horizon scanning.
• Reviewing client policies in light of new regulations.
• Managing client complaints and responses.
• Leading responses to recalls or withdrawals when needed.
• Liaising with government agencies and industry bodies.
• Delivering training on regulatory topics.
• Maintaining up-to-date regulatory expertise.
