Ashbury Labelling Ltd invites Regulatory Advisors (Non-Food) for 12-month Fixed Term Contracts or Contractors in the Greater London area. You will advise clients, suppliers and Ashbury advisors to ensure due diligence and regulatory compliance, delivering timely, risk-based guidance for safe product launches.

You will join the Advisory Services team, reporting to a Team Lead, and work on regulatory information services, horizon scanning, and training across manufacturing and retail settings.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification in product safety, consumer protection, consumer law or related field.
• In-depth regulatory knowledge of product safety, codes of practice and guidance.
• Excellent understanding of legal requirements and consumer trends.

Responsabilités

• Carrying out product information services: formulation, regulatory adaptations, review of artwork and packaging for compliance.
• Providing regulatory advice to ensure products are legally compliant with risk-based, commercially appropriate guidance.
• Researching regulatory changes and horizon-scanning to inform Ashbury and clients.
• Reviewing and advising on client policies in light of new regulations and codes of practice.
• Managing client complaints and providing risk-based recommendations for enforcement challenges.
