Job summary

Yolk Recruitment is assisting a leading global manufacturer in the construction sector. The Regional Technical Sales Manager will drive refurbishment opportunities across the South Wales to Cornwall corridor, focusing on roofing, cladding, façades and building-envelope solutions.

This field-based role requires strong relationship-building with owners, contractors and consultants, plus a proactive approach to developing new business.

Qualifications

• Experience in roofing, cladding, facades or building-envelope refurbishments on commercial/industrial buildings.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to develop and deliver project scopes and proposals.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the territory.
• Ability to identify and convert refurbishment opportunities into viable projects.

Responsibilities

• Identify refurbishment opportunities in commercial/industrial buildings and develop viable solutions.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline across South Wales to Cornwall.
• Engage with building owners, end users, contractors, surveyors and consultants to understand needs and close opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop technical and commercial refurbishment proposals.
• Negotiate commercial terms while protecting project margins.
