Hydro International, a CRH Company, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to cover the South East of England and drive growth in drainage solutions. You will build strong partnerships with builders' merchants and contractors and own your territory from prospecting to closing.

We value a strong technical background, consultative selling, and a proven track record in premium product ranges. This remote role requires a UK driving licence and a passion for delivering outstanding service.

Formación

• 5+ years selling drainage or heavy civil products.
• Experience with sustainable drainage solutions.
• Strong technical understanding of stormwater storage, flow control and treatment.
• Track record with builders' merchants, contractors, and premium product ranges.
• Confident, persuasive communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and territory‑driven, ownership of outcomes.
• Ability to move projects from first contact to closing the deal.

Responsabilidades

• Grow sales and expand reach across the South East region.
• Build partnerships with merchants, main contractors and groundwork specialists.
• Identify needs, uncover opportunities, and secure high-value deals.
• Own the territory, manage pipeline and drive results.
• Collaborate with HQ to deliver a seamless, premium service.
• Utilise CRM tools to stay organised and ahead of the game.
