Job summary

Textron Specialized Vehicles is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to cover the EMEA region on a remote basis. The role welcomes applicants from across the UK, with a preference for the Midlands or North of England.

You will drive regional sales targets, execute dealer strategies, develop business plans, and promote Ransomes Jacobsen turf equipment while maintaining records and reporting on activities. A hybrid sales approach and leadership will help grow end-user relationships and brand

Qualifications

• Educated to Degree/A Level or equivalent.
• Minimum of five years’ commercial experience and three years’ experience in a related industry.
• IT literate.
• Full driving licence.
• Excellent commercial awareness and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service oriented.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage workload and excel at prioritising and organising tasks.
• Technical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Achieving the monthly, quarterly and annual sales objectives set for your regional zone via a Hybrid sales approach.
• Executing & contributing to the dealer/distribution strategy to improve sales.
• Achieving margin objectives and controlling receivables for customers you are responsible for.
• Agreeing an Annual Business Plan with each dealer and developing Development Plans.
• Enhancing brand perception through end-user visits and product demonstrations.
• Identifying and developing new sales opportunities via a Hybrid approach.
• Keeping updated records on all dealers and customers, including reports and itineraries.
