Job summary

Co-op Regional Sales Manager – Co-op Legal Services is based with remote/home-based work and minimal travel across England and Wales. The role offers £50,320 to £55,000 dependent on experience, plus a bonus plan and excellent benefits, including a company car and private healthcare.

You’ll recruit, manage, and support a team of estate planning consultants to meet targets and drive customer journeys. You’ll also nurture B2B relationships and shape the client experience in this market-leading

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing remote or field-based teams.
• Proven experience in consultative sales and meeting targets.
• Experience working in a regulated environment.
• Experience managing external partner relationships.
• Ability to train and coach large teams.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Estate Planning Consultants, engaging and supporting them to deliver on agreed sales targets, for both estate planning and funeral plans.
• Put in place any performance management frameworks needed to support colleague development.
• Train, coach, and mentor colleagues within the team and across our wider estate planning sales teams.
• Support B2B partner relationships, providing training and support as necessary.
• Manage complaint handling and resolution.
• Work collaboratively with key partners in our operational, legal, risk, and compliance teams.
• Report directly to our Head of Sales and become a key part of our leadership team.
