Co-op Group is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Co-op Legal Services based in Manchester. The role involves leading a remote estate planning sales team, driving revenue, and developing staff through coaching and targeted training.

Strong focus on partner relationships and regulatory compliance will be essential to meet business goals. You will oversee performance, train teams, manage B2B partnerships, and collaborate with risk, operations and legal teams while reporting to the Head of Sales.

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing remote or field-based teams.
• Proven experience in consultative sales.
• Experience working in a regulated environment.
• Experience managing external partner relationships.
• A proven ability to meet sales targets.
• The ability to train and coach a large team of colleagues.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage a team of Estate Planning Consultants to meet sales targets.
• Provide training, coaching and performance management.
• Support B2B partner relationships and training as necessary.
• Manage complaint handling and resolution.
• Collaborate with operations, legal, risk and compliance teams.
• Report to Head of Sales and contribute to leadership of the team.
