Job summary

OneSchool Global UK is seeking an outstanding Regional Director of Teaching & Learning (Secondary) to provide strategic leadership across 23 campuses. This remote role involves travel to campuses and collaboration with Heads of Departments to implement the Learning to Learn Framework, enhancing curriculum, pedagogy and assessment across the region.

You will lead curriculum development, professional learning, and quality assurance, using data and evidence-informed practices to drive improvements

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (or equivalent).
• Leadership experience in secondary education (e.g., Principal, Head of Secondary).
• Experience leading curriculum, pedagogy and assessment initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of teaching practices and curriculum design.
• Experience using student data to drive educational improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic development, implementation and review of the secondary curriculum across the UK region.
• Drive high-quality teaching and learning through the Learning to Learn Framework.
• Provide professional leadership and support to Heads of Department and curriculum leaders.
• Lead regional approaches to curriculum planning, assessment, and academic improvement.
• Use student performance data and QA findings to identify opportunities for improvement.
