Job summary

OneSchool Global UK is seeking an outstanding Regional Director of Teaching & Learning (Secondary) to provide strategic leadership across 23 campuses. This remote role requires regular travel to campuses to drive excellence in curriculum, assessment and teaching.

You will work with Heads of Department, curriculum specialists and education support teams to implement the Learning to Learn Framework, raise standards and cultivate innovative, technology-enabled practice.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent.
• Significant leadership experience in secondary education.
• Experience leading curriculum, pedagogy, assessment and school improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of effective teaching practices and assessment strategies.
• Experience using student data to drive educational improvement.
• Ability to influence, coach and develop educational leaders and teaching staff.
• Experience working with digital learning platforms and technology-enhanced learning approaches.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and review of the secondary curriculum across the UK region.
• Drive high-quality teaching through the Learning to Learn Framework.
• Provide professional leadership to Heads of Department and curriculum leaders.
• Lead regional curriculum planning, assessment and academic improvement.
• Use data and QA findings to identify improvement opportunities and raise standards.
• Design and deliver professional learning for staff and leaders.
• Support curriculum innovation and student progression across secondary education.
• Lead regional QA and improvement activities with campuses and departments.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote educational excellence.
