Job summary

Dentons’ Legal Delivery Centre (LDC) is recruiting an experienced commercial real estate paralegal to join the Real Estate Transactional team. You will own matters under supervision, draft and progress documentation, and support client teams within a technology-enabled delivery model.

You will work remotely with flexible hybrid options, collaborating with Helix Property lawyers and the project management team, while building strong client relationships and contributing to precedents and

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant commercial real estate experience.
• Ability to manage a matter lifecycle and coordinate with internal teams.
• Strong drafting and title investigation skills are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a first-class service to clients as part of a remote team.
• Manage a caseload of commercial real estate matters from instruction to post-completion.
• Draft, review and progress real estate documentation (leases, licences, assignments).
• Support complex matters with due diligence, reports and title checks.
