Job summary

Dentons is seeking a highly organised commercial paralegal to support our Real Estate Litigation team in the UK. You will manage real estate matters and workflows, working directly with clients and stakeholders under supervision, and contribute to a growing, award-winning Legal Delivery Centre.

The role emphasizes ownership of tasks, effective teamwork, and development within a fast-paced, high-profile practice. Prior paralegal experience and a qualification in law are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three A levels at grade B, or equivalent.
• A qualification in law (Degree, Graduate Diploma in Law).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to handle a high volume of matters and tight deadlines.
• Organise, prioritise and multi-task with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver first-class service to internal and external clients as part of the team.
• Manage a caseload of matters and progress them under supervision.
• Draft, review and progress relevant documentation.
• Support more complex matters alongside senior colleagues.
• Coordinate input from clients and stakeholders and chase deadlines.
• Maintain matter discipline with accurate tracking and billing.
• Build day-to-day relationships with clients and teams.
• Contribute to precedents, playbooks, and client know-how.
• Use workflow tools and AI to improve efficiency and quality.
