Job summary

Grundfos in the United Kingdom is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of projects by coordinating schedules, maintaining documentation, organizing meetings, tracking tasks and budgets, and ensuring activities run smoothly across stakeholders.

As part of the Project Management team, you will drive execution excellence, keep initiatives on time and within scope, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years of relevant experience in project coordination or a similar administrator role.
• Solid understanding of project coordination best practices, processes, and tools.
• Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules, maintain documentation, and organize meetings.
• Track tasks, milestones and budgets, and report progress to stakeholders.
• Prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure timely follow-ups on overdue items.
• Identify and resolve operational problems to minimise delays.
• Conduct project meetings and produce status reports.
