Stride Resource Management Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a commercially focused insurance professional to identify and win new commercial clients across Surrey and surrounding markets. You will build your own pipeline, network, and develop relationships with business owners and senior decision-makers, while coordinating with internal broking and technical teams to tailor insurance solutions.

Competenze

• Strong background in commercial insurance.
• Comfortable with full new business process and prospecting.
• Self-motivated, credible with business owners.
• Experience in building a commercial insurance book is a plus.

Mansioni

• Identify and win new commercial clients through prospecting, networking, referrals and introducer relationships.
• Build and manage your own pipeline from initial contact to conversion.
• Develop relationships with SME and mid-market businesses.
• Understand client risks and work with internal broking teams to structure suitable programmes.
• Present proposals and lead new business conversations with prospects.
• Build long-term client relationships after conversion and identify further growth opportunities.
• Establish a strong local presence across Surrey and surrounding market.
• Maintain accurate pipeline information and hit new business targets.
