As a Mortgage and Protection Adviser you will provide tailored advice, liaise with lenders, process applications efficiently, and build strong client relationships while staying compliant with industry regulations.

Qualifications

• CeMAP or CII qualification required.
• Experience in financial services, mortgage or protection advisory preferred.
• Ability to follow a compliance sales process.
• Excellent sales skills and understanding of the mortgage market.
• Strong knowledge of Mortgage Lenders & Insurance Providers procedures.
• Excellent social and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to office/remote work.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored mortgage and protection advice to clients.
• Conduct market research to identify suitable products.
• Process applications efficiently and liaise with lenders/providers.
• Build strong client relationships and maintain client-centred service.
• Stay up-to-date with mortgage products and regulations.
