Job summary

Methods is seeking an experienced Messaging Engineer to join a major technology transformation programme, focusing on Exchange Online, Microsoft 365, and migration of mailboxes and messaging objects while protecting mail flow and data integrity.

You will work across identity, security, DNS and end-user clients to coordinate migrations, automate tasks with PowerShell, and deliver clear migration reporting and early-life support.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on Exchange Online experience.
• Proven mailbox migrations within complex enterprise environments.
• Experience with tenant-to-tenant and/or hybrid Exchange migrations at scale.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage Exchange Online and Microsoft 365 messaging services in accordance with the approved architecture.
• Design, implement and troubleshoot mail-routing configurations across existing and target environments.
• Prepare and execute mailbox and messaging-object migrations across pilot and production waves.
