Convatec seeks a Continence Care Specialist to drive sustainable territory growth in the UK. You will engage with clinicians and managers across community and acute care, educate on products, support formulary decisions, and develop pathways to optimise adoption.

This field-based role requires planning, collaboration and strong clinical knowledge. The role involves 90% customer facing activity, 4 days in the field weekly, and a company car.

Qualifikationen

• Proven clinical experience and background.
• Sales experience in medical devices, healthcare or pharma to primary/secondary care.
• Collaborates across cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.
• Degree or equivalent, ideally scientific/healthcare/nursing.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Full driver’s license and UK work eligibility.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain relationships with prescribing and clinical stakeholders.
• Support product evaluations in hospital and community settings.
• Drive uptake after formulary approval and guidelines.
• Maximise opportunities through formulary inclusion and pathways.
• Deliver training on safe, effective use of Convatec products.
• Plan local educational initiatives and clinical activities.
