Job summary

HQN Ltd is seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to join a forward-looking team focused on housing across a portfolio of circa 6,500 properties. You will contribute to fire safety improvement programmes and manage multi-stream projects with programme management experience.

The role offers hybrid working with attendance at Warwick sites as needed, and costs for travel are covered where required. You will be prepared to train and gain necessary qualifications, bringing strong housing sector

Qualifications

• Experience in building surveying within housing contexts.
• Proven ability to manage complex programmes with multiple work streams.
• Strong coordination across service areas to keep projects on track.

Responsibilities

• Deliver external contractor led fire safety improvement programmes across housing stock.
• Coordinate inter-dependent projects across multiple work streams and service areas.
• Attend offices or sites within Warwick District as required; support hybrid/remote working model.
