Octopus is seeking an experienced social care nurse or practitioner to join its Quality Assurance team. Based in the UK with a work-from-home setup, you will visit care homes and retirement villages, translating findings into insights that uphold clinical, operational and quality standards across the portfolio.

You will travel nationally, report clearly, and contribute to education days and sector events while supporting regulators and stakeholders.

Competenze

• Experience as a social care nurse or practitioner.
• Confident carrying out site visits independently and reporting findings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting findings.
• Skill in building and managing working relationships.
• Ease with technology, digital applications and media platforms.
• A full UK driving licence; willingness to travel nationally including overnight stays.

Mansioni

• Visit UK facilities and write detailed visit reports.
• Provide operational insight on regulatory compliance and service quality.
• Produce written reports for the Quality Assurance team.
• Track regulator inspection outcomes and analyse regulatory reports.
• Support educational days and attend sector conferences to keep up with best practice.
