A leading home care provider is seeking an experienced Quality Auditor to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulations. In this fully remote role, you'll conduct audits, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with teams to enhance care quality. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and a passion for person-centred care. Competitive salary up to £32,000 available.

Qualifications

• Ability to independently audit branches and services.
• Capable of creating actionable reports based on audits.

Responsabilités

• Plan and carry out internal audits across the organisation.
• Evaluate services against CQC and CIW standards.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

Connaissances

Strong knowledge of CQC and/or CIW regulatory frameworks

Proven experience in a compliance or quality role within health or social care

Skilled in auditing and writing reports

Excellent analytical skills

Highly organised and self-motivated

Passionate about person-centred care

Formation

Diploma in Health & Social Care

ISO 9001 Lead Auditor qualification

Diploma in Quality Assurance or IOSH certification
