Job summary

Willmott Dixon is seeking a Proposals Manager to lead the development of high-quality bids for interiors construction across diverse sectors. You will work with project teams, cost planners and senior leaders to craft persuasive, client-focused proposals, from PQQs to tenders, and support presentations.

You will coordinate contributions, run win theme workshops, and ensure timely delivery while showcasing creative bid responses and winning strategies. Strong InDesign skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a work-winning role in construction.
• Ability to develop compelling win themes across submissions.
• Experience in facilitating answer planning sessions and win theme workshops.
• Bid writing and bid editing to create persuasive responses.
• Excellent resource planning, timeline management and coordination.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Adobe InDesign.
• APMP membership and/or certification.
