Job summary

Huzzle is seeking a highly organised Property Manager to join a Manchester-based client in a fully remote role. You will manage the tenancy lifecycle, liaise with landlords and tenants, and ensure compliance across safety checks and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate has strong administration skills, experience in residential property management, and solid knowledge of UK housing legislation, with availability during UK business hours for a remote position.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential property management.
• Strong knowledge of UK housing legislation and tenancy regulation.
• Ability to interpret tenancy agreements and regulatory documents.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for tenancy-related issues with landlords and tenants.
• Oversee tenancy renewals, rent reviews, and documentation.
• Coordinate end-of-tenancy activities and deposits where applicable.
• Maintain accurate tenancy, compliance, and records using PM software.
