FirstPort is seeking an Associate Director to lead a dynamic portfolio of property managers, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service delivery across sites in/around Central London. You will drive KPI performance, coach teams, and manage escalations while collaborating with legal and procurement to deliver projects on time.

Qualifications

• Property management of multi-property portfolios.
• Inspirational leader capable of guiding teams to deliver customer service excellence.
• Confident communicator with stakeholders and clients.
• Resolution-focused with proactive problem-solving approach.
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety, building safety, and Leasehold management.

Responsabilités

• Lead cross-functional meetings to set and review portfolio priorities.
• Drive service innovation and a culture of service excellence.
• Lead business development efforts including meetings, presentations and bids.
• Oversee Property Manager action plans and manage risks with corrective actions.
• Conduct regular site audits and monitor KPIs across the portfolio.
• Ensure Health & Safety policies are followed and address non-compliance.
• Manage escalated complaints with support from the legal team.
• Proactively manage contractors to deliver projects on time and to scope.
