Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking a Property Manager to lead a local portfolio of residential developments with hybrid working and travel to sites as needed. You will manage service charge budgets, compliance, and stakeholder relations, delivering high standards of service for freeholders, RMCS, and leaseholders.

The role offers structured development, training, and a generous benefits package, with a performance bonus scheme up to 10% and a pathway to professional qualifications.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the property sector with an interest in progression to Block Management.
• Good understanding of the property sector and resident engagement.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer-focused approach.
• Experience with property management software (Propman, Qube, Tramps, Dwellant or CRM).

Responsibilities

• Portfolio Management: Oversee diverse residential blocks and sites.
• Prepare and manage service charge budgets and explain accounts.
• Ensure compliance with RICS/ARMA/Landlord & Tenant legislation, Building Safety Act, Health & Safety.
• Draft and execute Section 20 works for major projects.
• Engage with RMC Directors, leaseholders, and contractors.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor property maintenance.
• Oversee insurance claims, renewals and revaluations.
• Assist with arrears management for service charges and ground rent.
• Organise and attend formal client review meetings.
