Job summary

Alignerr Corp. is seeking a Prompt Writer (AI Training) for a fully remote hourly contract. You will craft prompts to test AI reasoning across science, ethics, storytelling, and everyday life, helping shape smarter and safer AI systems.

No technical background is required; a strong writing ability and curiosity are enough. Expect flexible hours (10–40 per week) and independent, asynchronous work on task-based assignments with clear style guides.

• Write original prompts across topics to challenge AI reasoning, creativity and accuracy.
• Design questions and scenarios to push AI thinking and safety.
• Create prompts that probe for safety issues and edge cases.
• Follow style guides and frameworks to ensure consistency and quality.
• Iterate and refine prompts based on feedback from leads and reviewers.
• Work independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments at your own pace.
