Job summary

Alignerr Corp is seeking an Electrical Engineering Expert (AI Training) for a remote, hourly-contract role. You will craft challenging EE problems, write gold-standard solutions, and audit AI outputs to ensure technical accuracy across circuits, power systems, and signal processing.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s or PhD in EE or a closely related field and can work asynchronously on a flexible schedule. No prior AI experience required but beneficial.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge in VLSI, control systems, telecommunications, power electronics, or embedded systems.
• Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts in writing.
• Detail-oriented when reviewing equations, circuits, and docs.
• Self-motivated with ability to work asynchronously.
• No prior AI experience required.

Responsibilities

• Design complex, domain-specific electrical engineering problems to test AI performance.
• Author ground-truth solutions with detailed, step-by-step reasoning.
• Audit AI-generated circuits, code, and proofs for correctness and safety.
• Identify gaps in AI reasoning and provide actionable feedback.
