Job summary

Wholegrain Digital is seeking a highly organized Project Manager to oversee WordPress web design and development projects from inception through ongoing retainer work. You will coordinate with specialists across design, development and account teams to identify the best solutions within requirements and budgets.

You’ll be proactive, confident and client‑facing, with excellent attention to detail. You will work with a mission to balance user‑centred outcomes with sustainable business practice.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in project management within a digital/agency environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and teams.
• Able to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage project roadmaps, timelines and budgets to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with design, development and client success teams.
• Maintain proactive, transparent communication with clients and internal teams.
• Balance project scope and profitability while mitigating risks.
• Lead retainer-based engagements and ensure ongoing client satisfaction.
