Job summary

FINN Partners is looking for an organised, results-driven Project Manager to join our growing team. The Project Manager will lead the execution of cross-functional projects, working with strategists, designers, developers, social, and account teams to translate client briefs into detailed plans and guide delivery of websites, digital pages, and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Strong attention to detail in all aspects of projects and communication.
• Delivers professional and friendly interactions with client and team.
• Acts as a communication hub for project team, partners, vendors, and clients.
• Produces clear, concise, organized and actionable written documents and correspondence, including QA, status updates and time reports.
• Proactively solves problems and knows where to go for help.
• Understands the client’s business and project management systems.
• Adheres to agency processes and workflows and uses established systems.
• Schedules and attends key touch-point meetings with prepared agendas.
