Job summary

Proof of Work Studio Ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead project delivery and day-to-day client relationships.

You’ll work closely with the founders, manage projects from brief to launch, coordinate designers and developers, and keep clients informed while ensuring scope, budgets and schedules stay on track. You’ll handle international and UK clients, plan work with the team, and take responsibility for daily decisions that keep projects moving.

Qualifications

• Experience independently managing brand and digital projects within a design studio or creative agency.
• Experience owning both project delivery and client communication.
• The ability to coordinate designers, developers and motion specialists across several projects.
• Confidence managing scope, budgets, schedules and competing priorities.
• Clear written communication and a good eye for checking work against a brief.
• The judgement to resolve routine issues independently and involve the founders when needed.
• Comfort using AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from kickoff to launch, with clear scope, schedules and responsibilities.
• Build client relationships and lead project communication.
• Coordinate briefs, client meetings, feedback and approvals.
• Plan team capacity and book freelancers with contracts and NDAs in place.
• Track budgets, communicate scope changes and resolve delivery issues.
• Raise client invoices at agreed milestones and approve freelancer invoices.
• Support pitches and proposals.
• Keep project files and final assets organised.
