Job summary

JC Virtual PMs is a UK-based virtual consultancy delivering project management, BIM, information management and document control. The Associate Director – Project Management will lead complex, multi-disciplinary commissions across global markets, acting as the primary client relationship owner on flagship engagements while contributing to bid strategy and team growth.

You will report to the Managing Director and lead our project management team, from Associate Project Manager to Assistant

Qualifications

• Demonstrated senior project/programme management experience in a consultancy
• Delivery of complex multi-disciplinary projects from inception to completion
• Excellent client management and stakeholder engagement at Exec/Director level
• Proven bids, proposals and work-winning experience
• Commercial understanding of project financial management and resource planning
• Strong BIM knowledge and ISO 19650, CDE platforms like ACC/Aconex/Asite

Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle from inception to handover across multiple commissions
• Be senior point of accountability for programme cost quality and risk
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary design and delivery teams across time zones
• Drive robust project controls reporting frameworks and governance
• Oversee BIM and information management per ISO 19650 and client CDE requirements
• Maintain primary relationships with key UK/Middle East/Asia/Africa clients
• Identify, pursue and lead bid opportunities and framework applications
• Prepare and present high-quality proposals and expressions of interest
• Mentor/junior consultants and support team growth
• Collaborate with MD on resource planning and strategic growth
