Job summary

Crosslake Technologies in Europe (remote) seeks a Project Lead Practitioner to guide complex engagements for private equity clients, translating technology findings into actionable value.

Lead senior stakeholders, frame questions, and deliver concise reports and workshops that connect technology to growth, margins and investment decisions. Develop a recognised specialism and mentor colleagues across technical and commercial workstreams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technology consulting or related fields.
• Experience leading client-facing workstreams with senior stakeholders and producing high-quality outputs.
• Strong fundamentals in at least one functional specialism such as product/engineering, architecture and cloud, data and AI, cybersecurity, delivery or technology operating model.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead complex client engagements from scoping through delivery.
• Build credibility with senior investors, boards and management through sound judgement and clear communication.
• Deliver concise reports, executive presentations and workshops that connect technology findings to decisions.
• Lead technical due diligence to identify risks and opportunities and help prioritise value-creation actions.
• Develop and apply a functional specialism while leading multidisciplinary teams.
