Crosslake Technologies is seeking a Product Lead Practitioner who will apply deep expertise at the intersection of product strategy, AI, and private equity ownership across EMEA. You will work with investment teams, operating partners, and portfolio leadership to assess defensibility, AI credibility, and growth potential while navigating multiple markets.

The role requires 15+ years in senior product roles, hands-on AI product experience, and strong analytical and communication skills to deliver

Qualifications

• 15+ years of product management experience in B2B software or SaaS
• Proven track record shipping products at scale and owning strategy & roadmaps
• Hands-on experience building or leading AI/ML-powered products across regions
• Ability to evaluate AI strategy with data assets, model risk and regulatory considerations
• Strong analytical capability using market research and customer data to form conclusions
• Exceptional written and verbal communication for executive audiences
• Experience across enterprise software and SDLC from discovery through growth
• Comfort in fast-moving, ambiguous environments across multiple markets and time zones

Responsabilités

• Lead and contribute to product assessments for investment firms and portfolio companies across the EMEA lifecycle
• Evaluate product strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market across EMEA markets
• Assess AI/ML embedding and differentiate capability for competitive advantage and risk
• Analyse product-market fit, segmentation, expansion, and localization needs across EMEA
• Review product team structure, delivery capability, and readiness for growth across distributed teams
• Conduct primary research including executive interviews and customer discovery across EMEA
• Synthesize findings into investment-grade deliverables and communicate to deal teams and leadership
• Advise portfolio company product leaders on strategy, prioritisation, localization, and capability development post-close
